Scriptural Foundation
As we come together in prayer, let us remember the words of James 5:14-15, which say, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." In Matthew 18:20, we are reminded, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." Let us gather in faith, believing that God will intervene in the lives of those who are suffering.
